The Max Boost Books Are Awesome! [GOLD BOOK!]

Hi Max Boost Fam,

GOOD NEWS, BIG PROGRESS - YES FINALLY, I received samples from our PRODUCTION PRINT RUN of our books, which are representative of what is already shipping to us from the printer!

AND THEY LOOK AWESOME!  We can't wait until you guys get your copies in your hands.  That GOLD BOOK THO!!!!! WOW!  LOOK AT IT, BELOW!

As we mentioned a few weeks ago, ALL BOOKS ARE ALREADY PRINTED AND SHIPPING TO OUR WAREHOUSE, and are scheduled to arrive in the USA Port on September 19.  After their arrival at the port, they will be shipped to the warehouse, and finally shipped to you!

THE GOLD BOOK! The Gold Book is WICKED AWESOME!!!!  If you were lucky enough to grab one, you’ll be in for a TREAT.  This book is GOLD EVERYWHERE!

THANK YOU to everyone who supported this special print, it was WORTH IT!

And, if you missed out, we might* have some extra for grabs if you’re extra nice.

AGGH! - YES IT HAS TAKEN A LONG TIME - We are soooo sorry.  We understand how you feel, well, because WE have been waiting, too!  PRINTING A 308 PAGE BOOK IS NO JOKE!

WE’RE LEARNING! We are committed to doing better.  We already implemented major improvements to make sure delays like this do not happen again.  For those who purchased the “H is for Honda” book, you will see how much quicker we produce THOSE books versus the Omnibus.  And, also for the new Autocannon x Type R apparel as well.

We are devoted to learning through our experiences, both good and bad.  We promise to do much better in the future (you will see!)

Again, THANK YOU for your patience - we’re getting so much closer, and we will let you know when the books arrive at port! Soon!

MAX BOOST FAM!  BOOKS ARE PRINTED!  YAY!

We apologize for the lonnng delay :(

We also have had to be patient with the printer, as it has taken much longer than expected due to manufacturing delays that have affected every industry worldwide!  Luckily, our books are finally done and will be shipped to us as soon as possible. 

The next step is for them to ship to our warehouse in Kentucky, and from there they will ship to each of you!  So we have a bit of a ways to go, but we're getting there.  

THANK YOU for being so patient.

We've learned a LOT in this process of making a 300+ page book, and we have used that knowledge to help us expedite our newest book "H is for Honda" which is on Kickstarter for 2 more days!  We promise, these books will be made and shipped in a MUCH smoother process.

We're constantly learning, and growing.  We thank you for your undying support and belief in us!  This project has been challenging, but when you receive your books, we know you'll think it's worth it!  The book is HUGE!!!!!!!!!!

NEW LAUNCH and OMNIBUS + MAX BOOST x HONDA UPDATE!

Hello Boostaholics!  

Here are some big updates!

1) OMNIBUS - Woot!  Woot! Yes, they are already almost done being printed!  I asked the factory to send us some updated images and  it looks like it is coming along.  They apologized for the delay, but they mentioned the book will be printed and complete in about 10 days or so!  THANK YOU for your patience, as it has been quite the effort to produce a 300+ page book while in the middle of the shipping crisis, production delays, raw material issues, and so forth that the world is going through.  Just like you, we are simply ...waiting...  But luckily, we should be closer to having the books finally completed!!!

2) OTHER MERCH ALREADY DONE! - We have already received many of the merch items into our warehouse, so we are prepared for the arrival of the books.  Here are some pics for *some* of those items, and as soon as the books arrive they will ship all together!  Aggh I know, I know - they are awesome - we can't wait either!!! <3

3) NEW HONDA x MAX BOOST PROJECT LAUNCHED! - WOOOOHOOOO!!!!  As we await the arrival of the Omnibus, we can't just sit on our laurels - sooooooo for MONTHS we have been planning another book that we just launched on Kickstarter called "H is for Honda!"  We'd love for you to check it out at www.HisforHonda.com

Omnibus Book Update! AND - BRAND NEW MAX BOOST x HONDA PROJECT COMING!

Hello Max Boost Fam!

We’ve received a few messages requesting an update so we’ll provide one here:

Books are currently ordered from the printer and in the production process.  There have been some aspects that have taken longer than we expected since this book is massive and has signature plates, book sleeve, dust cover and more - so we will update you when we know the most accurate completion date for the books.  Expect 20-25 days or so for production to complete.

All of the swag - stickers, pins, prints, garage banners, etc are all either complete and / or already shipping to our warehouse.  Production on these items have been super smooth.

• Books have been complete 
• Currently in Printing Production process
• Merch and Other SWAG complete, or close to completion
• The timeframe is a few weeks to finish printing of the Books

Thank you for being so patient!  It’s been quite the grind, but we’re getting there!

Happiest of Happy (Belated) Father's Day!

On a side note, Happy Fathers Day to everyone out there!  And, I really had a moment thinking about this - if it wasn't for you and all the support I have received to BRING BACK Max Boost, my son's would never have been named Max and Otto, as Max Boost was something that was not really a part of my daily life for quite some time.  I am SO HAPPY to know, the dream is alive and well, and my kids are a testament to that!  Thank YOU for supporting us - YOU have made Max Boost  MORE than just a comic book...

PRODUCTION IMPROVEMENTS:

Since we’ve learned a LOT in this last production, dealt with shipping and supply chain issues, we actually learned A LOT oon how to SPEED up the process of production for this next Honda project.  We are improving our workflow so that in our next Kickstarter we will do better, and produce products MUCH FASTER in our next campaign, we promise!
